October 15th, 2009 Submission site will be opened
January 31th, 2010 Extended deadline for submission of draft papers
Due to numerous deadline extension requests from potential COA2010 authors, the organizing committee extended the paper submission deadline to the end of January.
March 15th, 2010 Notification of papers acceptance/rejection
May 15th, 2010 Final papers submission and early registration deadline

Note: Prices of the low cost accommodations in the symposium venue

The regular registration fee includes

  • Access the full paper submission site,
  • Admission to all symposium sessions,
  • Symposium materials,
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the symposium days,
  • Gala dinner and welcoming banquet.

* Students

  • The student registration fee includes the admission to all symposium sessions, welcoming banquet, coffee breaks and lunches during the symposium days. The gala dinner admission is not included, but it could be purchased separately for 60 EUR.
  • This registration category is NOT entitled to upload final papers. The rate is for an attendee only. A student may present the paper as long as the regular registration fee has been paid by a co-author.
  • Participants registering as students will have to provide a proof of their student status from a recognized institution. If at the time of registration or at the time of initial submission of paper for review you were a "full-time student" at a recognized institution, you may register at student rate. You can send us a back to back copy of your student identity card or a letter indicating your enrolment in a recognized university or college degree program together with your payment. Students failing to provide proof of their status with their early payment, will be required to do so at the conference registration desk upon arrival. Otherwise, they will have to register as regular participants.

** The one day fee includes
